I guess this is how they look, the LED rear reflector installed.

 

If they're LED, they certainly don't match the rear tail lights.

Based on my experiences... you need to wire the cable through the hole behind each tail lamps.
so it will lit up when you apply brakes, also when you turn on the light. of course it lit up brighter when you apply brakes.

$400 + on ebay....hmmm.... it cost me $200 with installation. But in my case I used my own reflector to cut open and implanted the Led module and close back.
