Could it be in your settings? Usually needing a jump start always has a chance of affecting some settings in the car, typically it’s just resetting it but that would be the first place I’d check

 

The 12V battery in this car is smaller and less powerful compared to a normal car battery. How old is your battery? If it's already a couple of years old and it died completely and you needed a jump start I would just replace it before other problems occur. So I would check the battery health first.

Mine was checked when i had my car serviced and they said it was at 70 or 75% health and it was still good. Not long after that my car wouldn't start so I replaced it and problem solved. After I replaced it I plugged in my OBD scanner and it had some codes all related to low power circuit for the power windows, heated seats and parking sensors. I cleared the codes and they haven't showed up again.

 

When you had it jump started, did you remove the jumper immediately or leave it connected as it can do damage if left connected, the jumper is only needed to power the dash and should be removed after pressing the start button, letting the car take over the charging, leaving it connected can cause a lot of electrical gremlins.

 

For electrical gremlins it can't hurt to disconnect the battery for 1/2 hour and let everything clear.

 

I have similar situation. pressing iock on fob or door handle gets a long tone without locking the doors.

 

On my Prius V, it was the rear hatch not closed all the way. Was latched, so no lights on dash for door open. But it wasn't enough as some computer knows it wasn't secure and wouldn't lock.
