Nav but manual seats? Interesting! The fog light switch is supposed to be built into the headlight stalk switch on the steering wheel column. I don't know of any guides to add fog lights to the CT, because all CTs I know of always came with fogs. But, you can get a generic kit to fit the Lexus/Toyota round lights, which will come with a button to activate, and you'll have to find a generic install guide. Perhaps one for a Prius will be helpful.

 

huh, interesting. Yeah, that plastic piece looks like it belongs there. I suppose it must've been some special low/cheap option to not have the fogs. i wonder what else it doesn't have. Well, if you don't have the fogs, maybe you don't have the wiring, or the switches, or all the other electrical components needed to power the OEM fogs. But, you could always add some aftermarket!

Does it not have a fog light switch either? I've never heard of a CT without fog lights, so I wonder if they were removed at some point for some reason. What is there in place of the lights instead?

 

It has a plastic piece in the front instead and I don’t think it has the fog lights switch.
