Well,
so far Irene is packing less of a punch than the weather forecasters predicted
and my new CT is tucked safely away in the garage. For all you CT owners further up the Atlantic seaboard, beware. If the wind does not do damage there still will be water to deal with. Be Safe!

I'm working my secondary job right now, and with the number of people that are here (community center) you would think that this hurricane is just a myth.

I don't have a garage and live in a relatively wooded area on Long Island. My next door neighbor had a good idea. We live down the block from an elementary school with a pretty large parking lot. My CT is currently parked in the center of that lot, well away from trees.
