Hi,

The Xtreme kit will come with a relay harness to power the ballasts directly from the battery however the Xtreme ballasts are true low draw ballasts (only 4.5A on a cold start) meaning that you should be able to power them directly from the OEM wiring.

Hi,
Xtreme ballasts are super low draw. I have them installed in my Toyota 4 runer (auto) and no issues.

You would need the H11 fitment meaning that you would need to get item number XT-4k-h11p

I think cl promotes whatever is sponsored by a paying vendor. For those that aren't (like say ddm tuning or some other competitor) ... im guessing looked down upon

The relay is not required with any 35W HID kit. HID lights pull full rated current at start-up to arc the HID lights then once arced the ballast backs off the current. 35W uses 2.92 amperes at startup ( 35/12). Even 55 watt only uses 4.58 amperes. The OEM lights are on a 40 ampere circuit. Just FYI under the fuse cover in the engine fuse box there is a direct connect to the 12 volt battery, should you ever need it.

I see the positive connection for jumping the car under the hood but can't figure a way to clam the fork connection to it...please help
