Hi,
The Xtreme kit will come with a relay harness to power the ballasts directly from the battery however the Xtreme ballasts are true low draw ballasts (only 4.5A on a cold start) meaning that you should be able to power them directly from the OEM wiring.

Sounds good, how do you think the installation like in CT200h?
I had to connect the ground to battery (Honda Pilot) for another brand which use Philips bulb and ballast, is it required from this Xtreme ballasts?

Hi,
Xtreme ballasts are super low draw. I have them installed in my Toyota 4 runer (auto) and no issues.
