Hi guys, first post here!

I'm about to grab a 2011 CT200h. I think I got a pretty good deal. it's a base model with 61k miles, I'm paying $11k. Looks to be well taken care of except the drivers side front head rest is worn. the pleather is peeling away in the center. Hoping i can find a reasonable replacement. I cant find anything online or on ebay in this color. I might just get some head rest covers in black and make them all match.

besides this, i noticed when pulling out to test drive it that there was a bit of a clunk in the steering column. is this a common issue? easy fix i hope? I'm pretty handy- installed remote car starters, rebuilt engines.

Thanks!
Fernando

Can confirm that I had this steering noise come about on my car. The bolt will feel like it is already very tight. I think I was able to tighten it about a quarter of a rotation. That completely solved my problem, and I no longer have any steering noise. Mine surfaced around 245,000 miles.

Thanks a lot for this! For my 2012 with 71k it was the bottom bolt, I've made a quick video about how to tighten that, too:
