Hi all

My wife likes the CT200h, especially the eco-friendly aspects, and is interested in getting one. However, she's a weekend, low-mileage driver. Would there likely be any long-term maintenance issues, eg, with the battery?

the manual says you should start/drive the car for at least 30 minutes every month (~28 days) so i think weekend driving should be fine. in any case, if the battery "died" (ie. didn't start), i bet lexus would replace under warranty. but ask your dealership if you want to know for sure.

ALL hybrid parts on new Lexus vehicules are covered for 8 years, unlimited mileage - at least here in Canada.
