Hi, I'm not one for reading manuals and stuff but was really pleased to find the voice recognition not only controls the phone and sat nav but also the audio, temperature etc. Its genius you just say e.g. "19 degrees" and it changes. Can also say "track up/down" for music etc.

In addition if you have the wing mirror adjustement switch on left of right (off centre) when you engage reverse the mirrors dip so you can see the kerb. When you select drive they revert back to previous position. Really handy.

Forgive me if you know this but this genuinely surprised me.

The mirrors angle down only if you get the leather package in the USA, since that package also contains memory seats and mirrors. I wish it was separate since I wouldnt mind nuluxe but I really want memory seats.

Do these features only come on the NAV version, or are they avaiable on all versions of the CT?

I know you need to order the Premium package to get the dipping mirrors.

I found a nice surprise the other day. I pair my iPhone with the car's Bluetooth. Google's Mobile App allows you to do voice-activated web searches on the phone.

I was stopped at a traffic light and wanted to search for something. I opened the app and pressed the "voice search" button. The phone immediately transferred the voice to the car's BT and I simply spoke to the car instead of the phone.

Not USB. Just BT, but for both phone calls and audio streaming over BT.
