Well, define green!
The first two on the list are the greenest when measuring tailpipe emissions only, adding electric power plant emissions may reveal another story (depending on the electrical grid mix of where you live).

My average monthly fuel cost for that annual mileage is NOT $110. LOL. What gas prices are these based on?!
