Here is a summary of Tire Pressure Monitor operation mode for the following Lexus models:
2011 - 2007: ES350, GS350, GS450h, GS460, GX460, LS460, LS600h, LX470, LX570, RX330, RX350, RX400h, RX450h, SC430
Each transmitter has a built-in semiconductor to directly measure tire pressure, and is powered by a lithium battery with a lifespan of approximately 10 years.
The transmitter ID codes for two sets of tires - such as regular and winter - may be registered in the system (ID registration must take place at a Lexus dealership). A tire select switch on the left of the glove box allows the driver to easily select the appropriate tire set for monitoring.
I wonder if the CT200h will have this two transmitter code capability, so that once registered I wont have to go back to the dealer when switching from summer to winter rims and tires.
I haven't seen the select switch in the CT.
