Why did Lexus put in 2 buttons for the sunroof:tilt(up/down) and open/close? When you close the sunroof, the sunroof closes to the tilt position. I would think if i hit the button close, the sunroof should close all the way.

I think it's called Lexus Logic... same reason the footwell lights stay on (but are dimmed) when driving at night. Things that make you go.... hmmmmmmmmmmmm

Tilt-Up Tilt-Down Ventilation - allow some outside air in

this is really annoying me...i am so used to one touch to close the roof all the way. but with car, i have to wait to push the button again...

LOL - I don't think they used the term "one touch" on the Moonroof, just on the windows.

I believe the phrasology used on the moonroof is "Push and Hold"

However, it has been so hot and dry here the A/C runs full blast most of the time and the moon roof always stays closed.
