I had the same squeaking sounds at rough bumps for my 2012 CT200, just got a couple of weeks ago.
It turned out to be the plastic cover under the passenger seat seems to be loose. (don't know what's under it)
I inserted a piece of paper at the edge underneath that cover, and the squeaking sound is no longer there.
