Here is the F - Sport Pedal Kit

With brief install instructions.

I guess the major cost of this kit is the fact that you are getting a replacement drive by wire gas pedal.

Dead Pedal and Backing Plate

Brake Pedal Cover

Drive by Wire Gas Pedal

The gas pedal is definitely drive by wire - 6 to be exact

First step unbolt the gas pedal - 2 10mm bolts use a 6 " extension to make access easier

Then remove the connector - held by a small clip - use jewelers screwdriver to release clip - connector pops right off.

Reconnect connector to new gas pedal replace bolts and tighten.

Remove old brake pedal cover.

Install new brake pedal cover - a real pain in the keester !!!!!

Took much longer than installing gas pedal due to having to pry rubber backing over brake pedal.

All that remains is to install Dead pedal - backing plate should be placed under the carpet and screwed into dead pedal.

Will do that this weekend.

Awesome! As usual, great pics!
That looks great, I have never seen sport pedals that include the entire pedal and arm! That's a new one for me, how much was it? Any difference in feel?

I purchased them from Sewell with the Club Lexus discount the set was $253 plus shipping.

Here's the link - they are available now (ignore Summer availability and the video in the link not for CT)

2011 CT200h: Aluminum - Sport Pedal Set - Coming Summer 2011 The Lexus original equipment stainless steel high performance pedals add a great look and feel to the interior of your new Lexus. Each pedal is impregnated with a with its own unique custom

There is no difference in how the gas pedal feels.

I guess the pedal actuates a potentiometer to provide a signal to the ECU.

Just a small tip, with the brake pedal rubber, use a small amount of washing up liquid inside the rubber, acts as a lubricant and you will find it will slip over much easier.

good pictures though and looking good, will be ordereding these for my RHD version (when they become available).
No wonder the kit is so expensive, with an entire pedal assembly included! Crazy.
So, I've installed my pedals, but ran into one issue. The dead pedal here in Canada is part of the carpet. It does not come out. So what I did was use an 1/8" drill bit and drilled out three holes in the dead pedal (there are actually 3 hole places, 2 on the bottom, one on the top) where the drill bit fits perfectly. I then used 3 black self-tapping screws to simply screw in the dead pedal to the rubber foot rest. I also slit four slots on the floor where the dead pedal had the clips to attach to the plastic piece in the kit.
This procedure worked fine!
I called my dealership today to ask about installing front grilles and sports pedals and they refuse to do it. The reason is not what you might imagine. They say that the F-sport accessories were not designed for my car (it's not an F-sport) and therefore they don't want to have any responsibility should the parts not install correctly. Maybe they think my new pedals might cause me to crash? That kind of makes sense, but the grilles don't seem to be much risk. So now I'm kind of worried about making these mods.

My back-up plan is to pay a neighbor (he's BMW mechanic) install it for me. After seeing these pictures/description of the installation process, I'm not about to try it myself!

Can anyone tell me about their installation experience? Do the F-sport parts fit well? Has anyone been able to get their dealer to install?

i am supprised that it was that cheap. if that gas pedal is like other models it is removable
are you guys sure this mod is worthwhile? $253 for pedals that no one can see except the driver and only when they get into the car?! no change in performance?! that's not a lot of value for the trouble in my mind.

i'd rather spend the money on an F sport front grille:

wouldn't it be nice if there is also one for that foot brake?
