what exactly does sport mode do?

I'm a bit technical so, "sharpening the handling" isn't good enough..

From what I've read its a remap of the electric steering, but what else?

throttle response is increased to be more sensitive. electric motor goes from 500v to 650v full time (although you will get the full 650v on wide-open-throttle in normal mode). steering gets 'heavier' for sportier driving. hidden lexus synergy drive eco-turbo green super ultra low emissions technology kicks in and produces instantaneous 100 hp and 200 ft/lb torque surge for when you need it most, like drag racing or taking the turns at fuji international speedway.
