Skipped 15K Check-Up...Now What???

Time has flown by, and the miles on my CT has racked up to 18K now. I'm wondering what I should do? Take my CT in for the 15K anyway or just wait it out until the 20K. What would you do? Are there things you would do separately (change air/cabin filter and rotate tires) and THEN do 20K check up? Help!

Just watch out for engine oil service interval. Remember that here in the US, we got the dirtiest gas in the world with highest sulfur content. Lexus does not specify any long life service synthetic oils in their spec's like bmw/mb (LL04 designation) but don't be sloppy about engine oil service intervals. I guess initially it should be done at 5K and 10K thereafter. The little 1.8L Atknison engine is quite capable, but it is does not like acidity of high sulfur our gasoline here in the US.
