Fortunately, that's plastic and very easy to get to. I'd just use a drill or a smaller metal screw and thread it in there to remove it. Or, just put a new screw right into it. Or, have some sort of screw or piece of metal that can fit in there and heat the metal up with a lighter until it's hot enough to melt the yellow plastic, put the hot metal in and wait for it to cool, and then remove the plastic.
