Sorry to hear about your minor scrape.
According to the CT repair manual the engine under cover is one whole piece that's attached with screws & bolts.

Just to be safe you might want to inspect the engine & under chassis in case there's damage and not just replace the cracked plastic under cover piece.
Maybe your Lexus dealer will be willing to inspect and replace it for free (under warranty) if you ask them nicely.
