I saw a thread with reponse by SlicVic that shows that you can replace the 2 front dash 3.5 speakers with infinity 2 ways with marked improvement in sound.

How should the front dash grills be removed to prevent any damage to grill or dash? Any advice on how they are fastened and what tool or tools or process to use to replace the speakers would be much appreciated.

SlicVic has not responded on details of grill removal which would help other members and myself but stated that sound improvement was substantial. SlicVic if you are out there please respond. Thanks!

Swapped the front dash speakers yesterday. Took a flat headed screwdriver and placed it between the speaker grill and the dash and pried up then lifted the grill. The clips are towards the front (interior as opposed to the hood) of the car. I had the best luck lifting on the side but towards the front. The dash is soft so it is forgiving, to a point.
