Yes, I've noticed this as well! It should be easy to make one or find something that will fit and stop the rattling!
Yeh, its a tricky thing, cause at the same time I want it to come on fast when driving into a dark tunnel haha
Guess that turning it down to the lowest sensibility is the best way to go.

I remembered one more thing I would have liked:

- Rubber mat in the cup holders! Bottles tend to make noises when standing on the hard plastic "floor" :)
I did a video on the Rattling cup holders a few weeks ago. This annoys me almost every time I'm driving.. I'm either holding the cups some with my right arm or removing them completely when done with the drink. Terrible design and we definitely need a rubber mat at least in the bottom to help. If we all try to have this resolved at the dealers, maybe corporate will design a rubber mat or some sort of insert to help.

I'm sure if we mention it to the dealers they will cut some round foam or something to push in to the bottom. It's something I will definitely be complaining about and hope to get a well designed fix for.

I was in Home Depot today (getting house and cabin keys made for the CT) and came up with a possible solution. There are 2" diameter adhesive black waterpropf rubberized furniture pads that could easily be placed in the bottom ot the cup holders.

Thanks... will check those out, I might get them for a temp fix, but also hope Lexus could produce something that will look more like it is designed for the CT.. Those of us that have Non-Nav have a rubber pad in the bottom of the little tray where the Nav mouse controller is for the others... That rubber pad was needed there, but why not for the cup holder! ;)
