I picked up my car on Saturday and today when driving home from work the car in front of me (one lane over) kicked up something that hit the nose of my car. In truth, I swear it looked like a lug nut flew off his tire and hit the nose, but I assume it was just a rock coming from under the tire.
It appears to have hit the silverish plastic and the surrounding plastic. I was a bit surprised that most of the front was plastic, but the gashes/chips all appear to look like damaged plastic.
I tried to take a picture, but my phone doesn't do a very good job in low light. I'll try to get a picture with a regular camera too.
Any suggestions on ways to fix this? Some kind of product to fill in the gashes/chips with?
It is all fairly minor, at least it appeared that way while sitting in my garage without much light. Hopefully it won't look worse in the daylight.
