Noise from under vehicle
Whenever car is on parking mode and engine is on. I hear Vibration Grinding sound coming from under the vehicle. Often when car switches to engine from battery mode while parked it creates a weird noise feels like something underneath the car is broken I can’t figure out the reason .
After switching off and on of engine the grinding sound disappears and vibration ends..

Check to see if any heatshields have come loose. Mine did and it ended up being around the catalytic converter area.
