I just joined the world of Lexus ownership and the world of hybrids at the same time. I purchased a 2012 nebula gray vehicle with just over 50,000 miles (I know, no warranty, but I did buy the extended warranty from the dealer) and, after a day and a half of driving, am mostly excited. I'm definitely looking forward to 40/43 mpg, but wish the car itself was as comfortable as my previous car, a Nissan Murano. My main problem is the headrest. It's angled so far forward that my neck is killing me. I'm 5'4" and have a chipped vertebra which requires my posture to be fairly erect at all times. I just can't drive around with my head jutting forward all day. Any ideas on how to fix this short of turning the headrest backward?
