Hi,

I am thinking about getting a CT. Been a Lexus guy since 94 and have loved them all.
I'm gonna be driving more to a new job and the mpg's would be nicer. I did get to drive one over the weekend and was pleased with the CT overall. It drove nice and in the normal mode had enough power. I already called my dealer, He said cars should be available with ease in the next couple months....

Geez, I think "Lexus guy" since '94 is a bit of an understatement! I just read your signature, wow you change cars quickly, hoping you only lease them?

What kind of mileage does your 250C get? I have averaged 45 MPG or so since I have owned my CT and have 1,600 miles on it now, so still a lot more breaking in to do.

I actually buy the cars. I did lease the new IS C. I've brought my dealer over 250 deals since the mid 80's (including their toyota store) They take very good care of me. I usually get cars at cost, so if I sell it a year or two later, I pretty much break even. In fact, I called him yesterday, he did say he would be able to discount the CT if I wait for the backlog to thin out.
Anyway,,, The ISC gets about 23-24 in town and about 31 on the road( with the top up).

Does your dealer salivate when you walk though the door? You must actually represent a measurable percentage of their overall business.

I'm working on my second Lexus. My dealer seem decidedly unimpressed that I used to own an '92 ES250

With that list of previous vehicles you would have been an instant pick for an LFA if you wanted to pay $300K

Yeah , I guess if I wanted to sell my house.. Oh that's right, it's not even worth that much anymore.

Keep in mind, these are only the Lexus's I've owned..
