Navigation Mouse and Audio not working

Hi there,
The navigation mouse and all Audio buttons have stopped working on my 2011 CT200h. Disconnecting the battery has made no difference. The Sat Nav stills displays on the screen but cannot access anything as the mouse does not work and none of the audio buttons or Mode Button works on the steering wheel. Holding in the Vol button for 10 seconds makes no difference either. Only message I get on screen when I first switch on the engine is 'Bluetooth disconnected".
Has anyone experienced this? :confused::mad:
Dread to think how much Lexus will charge to run diagnostics and repair :(:mad:

Thanks.

did you check the fuse? I think it is #29 7.5AMP
If I get ambitious I could pull my fuse and see if I get the same symptoms....
Did you ever figure this one out? It seems like nobody has an answer for this. I am having the same problem.

Took our 2013 to the stealership to have this diagnosed. The unit was replaced a few years back while the vehicle was still under warranty. Bottom line, cheap chinese electronics took a dump for the second time. Lexus quoted us $3000 to replace the unit. Not happening, this will be our last Lexus.
What unit?

I had the same exact problem. I changed the amplifier under the seat and everything works again.
