My phone is paired...connected...phone is connected bluetooth wise to nothing else.
what gives ??
[my Kia Sorento SX used to take 5 min for the contacts to sync- but- it never lost them after that]
help??? I don't want to go back to the dealer...its two weeks old.

Try a hard factory restore or may be if you can then try rooting your device

Thx. Its a Lexus feature I found out. They don't want you looking at screen for calls while driving.
