...are almost all good. Only issues (minor, as it is a Lexus after all):

-- The visors do not slide out and thus sun from left side can be an issue

-- The back of the back seats material is puffy, ie does not lay down to the back of the back seat (4 'backs' in one sentence)

-- The passenger seat does not rise up (ie bottom)

Lets face it folks, the car is pretty tight overall. I'm at 44.1 mpg first tank, which is only about 25% Sport mode, all good.

Added the Bamboo trim, and Lexus all weather mats up front.

The sticks fit in the rear, (golf clubs for the uninitiated), and nary a rattle.

Motor On (as they said in my last car - Mini Cooper, altho couldn't say same about lack of rattles ;) )

Good to hear! I also hear you about the Mini Cooper rattles. My wife's MCS has developed some really annoying rattle above the steering column.
yep...the seat comfort and the near $1K brake job at 26k miles scared me away...and the fact that i was only getting about 29mpg...

cheers

$1K for a brake job...? Is it a quote from a dealer?
Why is so expensive?
29mpg? Which car are you referring to CT200H?
...friend...if you follow the thread, we are obviously talking about the Mini...and the dealer quote for that was actually $1280, if you can believe it....:)

We rarely break 30mpg thanks to my wife sitting in school traffic in the morning on her way home from work. Yet another reason I'm excited to get a hybrid.

We're at 52k on the original brakes. It has been a surprisingly reliable vehicle. We'll keep it around since my wife absolutely loves it (and I do enjoy driving it, too), but it will go down to probably 5k miles/year.
