I'd be frustrated too if I had the same issues. Looks like the car wasn't worth the price of admission. There is a reason I shy away from the first year of production for newer cars. Even Lexus'.
I wouldn't say I lusted after this car to begin with so I can't all it lust. But I am pleasantly surprised by it daily.
