Losing Bluetooth Control when switching source or making a call

Hi All,


I have a 2014 F-SPORT Uk Model car and I have been using it for a few months.

I have the nav model and I have an iphone 7 on ios 12.

The issues im having are:

1. When I start the car the phone connects most of the time via bluetooth, but my music doesnt start to play (I use spotify premium) so I have to press play on the iphone spotify app.
2. When I switch sources from bluetooth and then go back to bluetooth, I lose all control off the bluetooth device. If spotify was playing before the selection then the music will resume, but I cant change tracks any longer.
3. When I receive or make a call and the call ends, I lose all control off the bluetooth device. If spotify was playing before the call then the music will resume, but I cant change tracks any longer

Can anyone help me ?
