So, the blue dash light kept catching my eye, and eventually my slow, primitive mind realized it was going on and off. Then, eventually, I began to understand it was going off whenever I went out of the blue eco part of the meter and into the power part of the meter.

I have termed this the Light of Remonstration, and am very amused by this little feature (which presumably is to allow me to know I've dropped efficiency without having to take my eyes off the road and look directly at the dash).

My car is training me to be a good little driver, slowly but surely....lol.

And sooner or later, that EV Mode is going to get to you, too. :)
I try to glide through my neighborhood streets as much as I can on EV mode.

Lol, EV mode I figured out right away, and I do like stealth mode, which I use on a good portion of the stop-n-go part of my commute.

The EV button, though, I've only found useful for enforcing EV mode in my driveway so I can stealth up behind my 11 year old while he waits for the bus and scare him with the horn.
