Noticed in some pictures that on some vehicles I see a 'Lexus' logo (spelled out) on the drivers side of the rear hatch under the lamp. Looked and mine doesn't have that, just the CT200h on the passenger side. Anyone elses like this?

I don't think any Lexus' in the US come with a logo anymore; just the big "L" insignia and the model badge on the right.
OK because it didn't show one in the brochure, but your Avatar (RX I believe) and the banner at the top of this site show one on the left side... that got me wondering as I know the other 3 the dealer originally got in didn't have them either.

That's a CT in my Avatar. I asked my salesman "Where's the Lexus badge!?" the day I took delivery. He looked confused and said "Let me see if I can get you one"... (10 minutes later) he came back with a service center guy holding a Lexus badge and said they only had 2010 badges ("2011's aren't in yet, but they're the same"), if I wanted. So, the service center guy lined it up and stuck it on. I didn't know if I was supposed to pay for it or not. I hear they cost like $25.
I actually thought my car was a "defect" for a few seconds...until I noticed all the other Lexus' without a badge as I pulled out of the lot. I'm assuming all 2011 Lexus' don't come with them anymore.

Ahh OK... so maybe only yours and the one in the banner on the site have one :)

I recall reading a review, from when they let North American journalists drive the CT's in France, that North American Lexus' don't have the Lexus name badge anymore just the logo and model badge on the back. But consider the source - some of these journalists didn't even get the horsepower ratings correct.

all 2011 Lexus models no longer come with the "LEXUS" badge..

the company decided that they want to be known through the "L" badge image only...

its a brand marketing thing...
