I purchased it from a backlit emblem seller on Ebay. I will try to find the sellers page and post a link to it!
Update: My mistake! It was purchased from AliBaba! You just have to tell them the color and car so they can size it for you.

Another Update to Pictures
It has been a while since I have updated or added any new photos of my Lexus CT. I still have her and she’s doing well. On an off note, I have felt over the past few years that the car has learned how to perform better with the Injen CAI. If there is one thing I never get tired of is the sound of a cold pull with the intake, the sound is very deep and loud. I assuming that the Lexus has a learning ECU which has allowed the car to accommodate itself to the intake.
Not has been done to my car since the last update outside of brand new Bridgestone Tires after tearing the bead on the OEM Michelin Tires. Also I have two LED light bars installed in the lower grill as I now live in Prescott, Arizona and deer and other wild life exist here. The LED light bars are dual function, There are White High Beams and Blue Cross Ghost Lights.
Also recently installed some RallyArmor Mudflaps to try and keep the dirty down on my fenders. I will include pictures of them soon.
