I need your help - I think this offer may still be able to come down, but how close is it to a good deal?

It's a 36 month lease with 10k miles a year. 2012 ct and not a 2013.

Has premium audio package and navigation package. Nuluxe interior.

Msrp is 36,453.

Residual is $22,695.

Offer is $399 a month with $1,740 payment. This includes all taxes and fees already, plus first month.

How much room do I have? What can I still ask for?

Does that seem right? Seems too high and basically msrp to me. Can I get a 2013 for close?

Hmmmm...that seems a little high monthly for a 2012. I'm leasing a 2012 (without the useless nav package) that I got this past March for $325 a month (12K per year) with nothing down. I believe the sticker was for $32,000 give or take a few bucks. The nav package (with its low residual value) is probably adding about $75 more a month, and it's really not worth it ! IMO...try to find one without nav and save on the monthly payments...you can buy a Garmin for about $150. I would think that dealers would have much better lease programs for a 2012 model to liquidate their inventory for year end quotas. Also, keep in mind, that many lease program financing is based upon your credit rating. If you haven't done so, you should ask them about the effect your rating is having on the deal. Good Luck !

I think the difference between 2012 and 2013 is probably less than $1k. My dealer is advertising $329/36M/10K for 2012 CT with $2999 down, and $339/36M/10K with $2999 down for 2013 CT. It said tax, fee, etc are excluded though.
