Hello, new owner here and just revived a 2012 premium. Does it usually take a minute for the ac/heater to activate after starting the car? After the blower comes on if I shut off and restart car, it comes on instantly. If I wait a little before restarting I have to wait about a minute again before I can control it. I also notice that sometimes it will not remember the previous setting and reset itself to 75 degree.

Yes it is normal for the heater or AC to take a little bit of time as it ramps up. For the heater especially, the car is smart enough not to blow cold air on you, it waits for at least a little heat from the engine. Not sure about the 75 deg thing, that is not normal.
It is not normal. I fixed the problem this past weekend and it comes on instantaneously every start and it remembers last setting.
