Its the most complicated car I've ever owned. I mean with all those "bells & whistles" with the Nav. system and sound system and that its a hybrid. Some questions I have are: Where is the 12 Volt battery? I have never had a car where I couldn't find it. What if I accicently left the dome light on and it drained the battery? How would I get a jump?

There's a flat battery start procedure in the manual I think :) And it's something I could do with having a read of ... :D

I believe the 12 V battery is in the back, near where the 200V traction battery lives. It's a normal type of car battery but will be a much smaller size than you'd expect as the traction battery is expected to do the heavy loading of starting and stopping the engine.

One thing to note - cos our battery is small, it's advised that we don't jump start other people's cars from our's. It's fine to connect our battery up to another to transfer juice into their flat battery but we need to disconnect before they attempt to start.
