Sorry, but by model year AND color, those of us with a 2011 Daybreak Yellow have the rarest CT's!:)
If anybody is in a "Collect 'em All!" frame of mind, there's a 2011 Daybreak Yellow in stock at Desert Lexus next to Palm Springs. :)

They also have a black/black. I know that that one is Premium/Nav, but don't know about the rest of the details for either. Either way, they sure are purty....

...y'know, considering they're not Matador Red Mica/Ecru. :D

But if you really, really need a CT200h in SoCal, there's a couple of 'em ready for ya.

Well, just went out to get milk and finally saw one, Premium Smoky Granite.
Still haven't seen one up where I live. I thought one was following me once and waved when they came to pass me... Then I realized it wasn't even a CT. IS i think.. Duh! I thought I saw the back of one turning the corner ahead.. I raced up to find it. New Mazda 3... oops.. ;)

An RX...? Or A Prius..?

All of a sudden CT's have been popping up everywhere I look here in SoCal. I know it's a whole lot different here than the rest of the country (most cars in South OC are Benz, BMW, or Lexus) but are we going to start seeing a widespread amount of CT's?

I'll be sad if we do and it becomes just another car. :(
Both the Prius and RX are great cars, Now if it were as common as a Civic, Camry or F150 thenI would worry.

Yes here we have lots of the high-end Lamborghinis , Rolls Royces, Bentley's and Ferraris with a smattering of R8s, Saleens, McClarens, AMG Mercedes, and M BMWs maybe even an LFA or two. So is Houston different from your South OC ?

.. And Lexus tried the Solar Yellow with the IS300 for a year, but it wasn't real, true Lexus color either

And Matador Red is??

As far as I can tell, a "real, true Lexus color" is muted "earth" tones, various shades of gray, black and white (which are ALL basically shades of gray) and, of course, silver (SHINY gray!) Also, Daybreak Yellow is STILL available on the 2012 CT, so some people must be buying them! ;)

Just because YOU don't like the color, doesn't mean that it's NOT a true Lexus color! It's a BRIGHT earth tone, if you stop and think about it!

And for the record, I LOVE Matador Red for the same reasons as Daybreak Yellow! It's BOLD and DIFFERENT!! :D

I also really like Starfire Pearl (it was my first choice going in!) :)
