You should ask for your leather pouch as well, that was included. Mine was actually in the glove box, the sales man took it out and gave it to us. If it wasn't there, someone possibly snagged it but you should ask for it. As for the keychain, maybe it differs from dealer to dealer, the keychain we received has the Lexus logo in the front and the dealer and road side assistance number on the back.
I have an identical keychain for my 4Runner... it says "TOYOTA" instead, though. It was also free, strangely. I went into the parts area intending to buy the keychain and the parts guy said to just take it. Considering I'd just spent $36k for the 4Runner, I guess he figured that one could be on the house.the back is engraved with phone numbers...
Bill, you're a genius!! My holder is going straight into the door pocket when not in use. I like that 7" cable too. Good find!!If you have the holder and want to save room in the center storage unit and glove box when storing it — and you are unaware — it fits perfectly in the front of the driver's door pocket. I usually store the Garmin Nuvi that can also be seen in the door pocket in the photo below in the glove box to keep it from becoming my former Nuvi.
As for connecting an iPod/iPhone to the USB port in the console, the 7-inch RadTec cable I purchased from Amazon.com for $8.95 in the second photo works fine for my iPod Touch. Well, sort of...
While I can change songs using the radio's Seek-Track button, and the song, artist or album will display on the radio's screen using the Text button, I need to find an iPod forum and see if I can find a way to make the iPod Touch display on its screen my Playlists. When plugged into the USB port, all the iPod will display is a message that reads "Accessory Attached" or the main Application page. For whatever reason I can't pull up the Playlists. Anyone have any suggestions?

No, 20 cm (7 inches).7 cm....right?
As rehabmax suggested in another thread, you can plug your iPhone/iPod into the aux jack instead of the USB interface, then you have full iPhone/iPod control from the handheld device; but then you won't have radio/nav screen functionality. If you have the holder and want to save room in the center storage unit and glove box when storing it — and you are unaware — it fits perfectly in the front of the driver's door pocket. I did just as you (or rehabmax) suggested with a stereo audio cable when I realized the problem I was having with the USB interface. Since I have to choose one or the other, I've decided to stay with the USB cable since it allows me to see the song title and artist in the radio window. I just need to remember to select the playlist I want to listen to before I plug the iPod in. Would indeed be nice if we could see the info on both screens at the same time.As rehabmax suggested in another thread, you can plug your iPhone/iPod into the aux jack instead of the USB interface, then you have full iPhone/iPod control from the handheld device; but then you won't have radio/nav screen functionality.
If anyone from Lexus is reading -- you should come up with an update that lets one have more control over the iPhone/iPod devices from the radio/nav screen.
Haven't researched the topic, but perhaps loading all music from an iPod or the like onto a sufficiently large (e.g. 32 or 64 GB) USB memory stick and putting it in the USB slot might be something to consider (at least if you're not adding to your music collection often, where the following would be a pain). I had a Mercedes with very limited iPod control and putting music files on a Compact Flash card (which the Benz had a slot for) gave me a way to navigate the collection that was more to my liking. Apologies if it says somewhere in the manual that this is a dumb idea since I have been to lazy to check.I do not believe we can work around the playlist problem other than as you suggest bring up the playlist you want first om your iPhone and then connect the USB cable. Still the screen on the iPod/iPhone is blank. I know some manufactures are adding a hard drive of 20GB to their audio systems. It would be great if Lexus did this and we could move our music from the iPod to the car's audio system. You could delete the 6 CD disc changer and put the hard drive in place of this. 6 CD changer is kind of old school these days when we have thousands of songs on our smart phones or iPods.
