Hey everyone. I just switched over to Apple's iPhone 4 on Verizon Wireless. Works great.

Was playing songs on my iPhone's iPod (sounds weird...) via USB, and noticed that there were popping noises.

I toggled sound check on and off, no changes. The popping noises seem pretty random. Also put the iPhone in airplane mode, and still popping was heard over the speakers. I know this isn't a speaker issue because my AM/FM/SAT/CD and old iPod nano didn't make these noises. I know it's not the bitrate of my mp3 files because I have the exact same files on my iPod nano and this has never happened before.

I DID have Bluetooth on, haven't tried toggling it on or off. It would suck if you couldn't use Bluetooth WITH the iPod playing because of the popping noises. Any other iPhone users encounter the same problems?

I'm also using an aftermarket USB iPod cable. Will try the factory iPod cable when I get a chance.
