Hello everyone, I'm from Canada and just ordered my CT200h which I should get within the next 2 weeks:)
The electronic device holder is not an accessory that is available in Canada. Can I order this piece in USA? If so, any idea of the price?
Also, any front deflector available?
Thanks.

Can't believe Lexus Canada skims on thing like this. The smart phone holder is standard in CT200h in the States and Lexus Canada are clueless about how many smart phones like iPhones, Android phones, etc in Canada. They did a similar thing in the IS250/IS350 back in 2006 when a smart key leather holder is thrown in the glove box of the US-equipped ones.

The best place to order is Sewell Lexus as they do online accessories parts. However, I believe it is considered as a spare part as it is not listed on their web site.

Said the same to my dealer yesterday. I'll email Sewell. Thanks for the tip.

When I was at CT training at Lexus Canada, I asked about it, as I feel that it is a worthwhile accessory. They are considering it along with some other accessories I suggested. Just got my CT on Tuesday!!! Great car.

Thanks for the great info. Would a leather insert (it is officially named "Arm Pad" according to the lexus.jp web site ) as shown below be something to be considered by them?

It is the one that is placed between the remote touch and the arm rest.

iPhone holder isn't listed in CT200H available accessories. But I know it comes with US cars in a plastic bag thrown in the trunk with all the other accessories. I've seen it this way on two new cars. Saw it installed in a demo - pretty cheap construction. In my wifes car I may go with the iPhone vent mount she has now which would be better line of site when she uses the GPS app. If I don't use the OEM mount I will put it on eBay.

Thanks for the info. Is it really that cheap? I mean any adjustable parts to accomodate the width of various smart phones?

There is actually another version of smart phone holder in Japan. This 2nd version would not have the phone screen stand up but instead it lets the phone lean on its longer edge. My guess is in Japan, there are much smaller phones which the US phone holder is too wide to hold it. And it is sitting on top of the edge of the opening for the USB and 12V power.

See the link below. It is also standard with the car and you have to scroll down to find it. It is on the right side of another picture with clear blue bottles. The name of this holder is "Portable Audio Holder"

Phone held in place only at top and bottom of holder not sides of phone.

Phone holder swivels so either driver or passenger can see display

This is the iPhone vent mount holder both I and my wife currently use - about $5 on ebay

I took delivery of my CT200h two days ago here in the S.F. Bay Area. The mount that came in a blister-wrapped package with the car and fits into a slot in the center console to the right of the transmission selector works as well for a smart phone (Droid, iPhone, etc.) as it does for my iPod Touch and even my Garmin Nuvi. Not only can it swivel left and right for the driver and passenger as has been noted, it can also slide three or four inches to the right. Pretty slick! With the 12v power outlet and audio-in/USB jacks just a few inches away, I need to find a vendor that sells very short cables to accommodate the various devices. Anyone know of one?

Can it hold a GPS the long way (left to right)? I've only seen it hold an IPhone or Droid the long way (top to bottom). Thanks.
Yes, the holder is adjustable to the point where it securely holds my iPod Touch (same dimensions as an iPhone) vertically, and my 4.3 inch Garmin Nuvi 1300LM horizontally. When not in use, the holder fits securely in the forward portion of the driver's side door pocket. I doubt that the pocket was designed for this purpose, but the holder fits in it securely without rattling. Pretty slick!

I was wondering if a rear bumper step pad was available in the US. Up here in Canada, although it is listed in the brochure, it is not on the website and according to my sales guy, it does not exist. I have one on my Matrix and it helps stop scratches when loading and unloading stuff - especially since I am getting a pearl agate model.

Yes. The Rear Bumper Step Pad is listed in the US accessory catalog. I don't know if it's actually available as of today, but I know it will be soon in the US.

Great to hear that! That means it should be available here soon after.

Thanks Matt!
There is one already available for the RS350

I am wondering if this will fit, plus it's cheaper the CT version.

Not the stainless protector 4 the CT

Shows availability summer 2011

I just checked my account Sewell is forecasting shipping for both the protector and the F- Sport wheels as 6-1-11 (optimistic)

They charged my Amex already !!!!!!!
