i've tried to turn the bulb and pull it but, my meat-paws won't fit...Could not be easier. Click the link posted above. It helps if you have small hands though.
A long socket of the correct diameter helps to gain access and makes turning easier.i've tried to turn the bulb and pull it but, my meat-paws won't fit...
you think pliers might work?
This reply really stumped me, since I had spent an hour trying to get the old bulb out with no luck. It "could not be easier" ONLY (1) if you know what to do first (remove the power cord) before trying to remove the bulb socket and (2) that it's almost impossible if you are not a woman and have even medium-sized hands. It was only after I went here (Easy DIY: License Plate LEDs) that I found out what exactly you need to do to make it the easy 5-minute job that several here mentioned but no one actually explained.Could not be easier. all of my logic went out the window when I tried to take the license plate bulbs out. I was pulling on the connector but it would not free itself......I'll give it a turn tomorrow LOL.Turn it till it clicks. It will literally fall out.
