Just got my 2012 yesterday afternoon. Starfire Pearl, F-Sport with Nuluxe interior, Nav System, Premium Audio Package, F Sport Special Edition.

I traded in my 2010 Prius V fully loaded (except that tech stuff and radar cruise control).

I love it! I know intellectually that it is the same drive train, but it feels sportier and faster. I love the looks, the feel and those Ocean Blue seats are great.

Now I have to start looking for little things to add to it.

I had a '91 Supra Turbo, White Package with Blue interior quite a while back. Loved that car. VERY NICE color combo! :D

I love it! I am so glad I did the move. I thought I would like it but I like it even more than I thought I would. Feels peppier, feels faster, much quieter ride, doors sound like a quality car door, horn sounds like a grown up car.

Mileage is not as good, but on the first tankful, which includes the dealer delivery and a high speed run up 95 yesterday I am over 42 mpg, which for me is not awful. My last tankful on the Prius was at 46 or so when they took it away.

The instrumentation is not as geared to hypermiling which might be one reason. The instant MPG is tiny, but legible and I am still learning a lot of little things, but so far, so good.

I bought the car from Lexus of North Miami. I have never been anywhere near that dealership as I live in Coral Gables, which is in the southern part of the county and North Miami, as might be obvious, is not. I was referred to a salesman named Eric Mansen and he treated me very well, negotiating a price as soon as he saw they had the car I wanted in stock. I paid under MSRP but I don't feel comfortable quoting exact price. Someone had wanted that particular car but were out of town on vacation and since they won't be back for a couple of weeks they agreed to release this car and take one from the November allocation. I saw it listed on Cars.com, but it wasn't clear that it was the F Special edition from the listing.

I had thought I had bought almost the same car from Lexus of South Atlanta for MSRP about a week ago but had no signed papers and the deal fell through so I had my mind set on a white car with navigation, Nuluxe and the F package. It was quite a coincidence that it had virtually the same equipment, the same color, the same interior and I got the car delivered to my office in downtown Miami Wednesday and the Tumi Luggage came today.

The purchase has been a very nice experience so far.

definitely!
Congrats Joe, i've had my Starfire Pearl F-Sport just over a week now, 1100 miles and this car just gets better every day. Like you, i sold my Prius daily commuter car and although the F-Sport is running 43.8 mpg, the feel, style, and handling are awesome.
Love this car...
