Its a little stiff... But I like the tank like feel.

Shaky and stiff compared to my 2007 IS 250. I'm OK with it but was expecting a comparable ride to the IS. Guess I was wrong.

I drove on the freeway for the second time today and noticed a very slight tugging/pulling from side to side. Hopefully it was the road, but just curious if anyone else noticed this.

what kind of roads do you have? i notice the same thing only with roads that have a lot of lines going through the road. but this is not because of the CT200H, since my previous cars did the same thing.

Had mine for about a week and a half now. Pretty smooth for a hatchback. You'd expect a Lexus to have a smooth ride, though it's nothing compared to an ES or LS (which is just right, imo, for the type of car the CT is).

You can sometimes feel a little kick when switching from battery to gas, but unless you're looking for it, you'd probably miss it. It's much less noticeable than in some other hybrids.

The CT does get pretty noisy on the highway and especially when you punch it. Not as insulated as other Lexus models. But, I wonder how the HS is like on the highway. I assume there is less insulation on the CT to save weight. But, it is quieter than the Prius I had before.

Nice solid . firm, controlled ride , not too noisy on the highway. Most quiet car I had was 79 Toronado, second two Avalons. You had the wrong model Prius, Gen III model V is more quiet and controlled.

Best thing about the CT is it is not woozy and mushy like other Lexus and Toyota , has some stroke to its ride (toned down to pass censors ).

Its exactly how I like a car to ride. I don't want a soft suspension unless I'm doing serious off-roading, and Its not brake-your-back racecar stiff.

If you want a softer ride, decrease the rear tire pressure by one cold psig. I did on mine and I felt a smoother ride. Also increase the rear sway bar thickeness by couple of mm's, this will make the ct200H more obedient and she will take bumps better thus translating into a smoother ride. Keep the tires balanced all the time and rotate every 5K miles.

The CT ride took a bit to get adjusted to. It's definitely more firm than my Prius. The above suggestion sounds like good advice. My tires were over inflated when it was delivered & the ride was rough. After proper inflation, the ride is more active than the Prius but I've gotten used to it.

It really depends on your last car. The CT is butter smooth compares to my Mini Cooper S with sport suspension and 18" wheels.

it rides a bit on the rougher side but thats because it handles!

i have been driving my Lexus for awhile now, then i swapped out for my sister's Honda.

my god, it was like riding a Hippo in the Honda, and riding a sleep Puma in the Lexus.

great handling, but definitely can improve the ride comfort.
