Help on selecting music interface!

Hey guys, I've got a ct200h and I love connecting my iPod to it and listening to some of my own music except sometimes I want to listen to a specific song(s) and then it becomes quite tedious.

Just wondering but does anyone know of a fast way to quickly scroll down the interface instead of clicking the scroll down button again and again, as I have hundreds of artists I have to go through, or a way to search for the song?

Why not control the music via the iPod itself?? I'm not sure which model you have, but I use the included media player holder with my iPhone and use the iOS interface to control music, pandora, etc.
