Hi
I went to a trusted Lexus mechanic and after a battery change my screen came back blank.
The diagnostics say it’s the radio unit.
Anyone had experience of this please ?

Perhaps a fuse?? Is it just the screen, but sound works? Then, not a fuse. Either way, the dealer should be liable, but doubt it.

They are if working prior - they said on diagnostics it’s the unit

Insist its their fault. Tell them you have all time in the world because of the pandemic and that you'll be standing out front of their establishment with a sign letting everyone know they are a lousy mechanic.

As a single mum with a 4 month old baby I had to drive it home as it’s my emergency vehicle and yes I agree but that’s difgicultb
