So I decided to install the decorative heated steering wheel available over seas, I had to get the following parts:

Heated steering wheel
On/Off button
Relay
Clockspring

I was able to install everything mostly successfully, but I did run into a couple issues...

First after the install my traction control light came on and stayed on.

I suspect it is because the steering angle sensor built in to the clockspring is not communicating the same information as it should, I think everything is correct, just me messing with the angle while the steering wheel was off made it go haywire, I think the system saw that the wheels are facing straight but the angle sensor was being moved around causing the Traction control light to come on. After getting everything hooked up properly the light didn't go off.

I tried jumping ports on the OBD connector which reset the traction control on other lexus vehicles, but it didn't seem to work on this car... I will have to try a couple other jumping points I found online, if you know how to reset the traction control on CT please let me know.

Also the heated steering wheel part does not work, mainly because the relay location seems to be missing pins and the relay falls out (Unconfirmed need more testing) the on/off button was plug and play, the wiring was there for it and the back light on the button works, but I cannot turn on the heated part, because no relay...

If anyone has knowledge in this field please let me know!! Thanks in advance!

Okay so I found a free connector by the steering wheel that is for the heated steering wheel, if anybody is ever messing with this, make sure you remove that connector from its dummy port and plug it in to the bottom of the clockspring, it was a bit hard to tell that the connector socket was a dummy socket.

Also after talking with the guy that sold the parts to me, he says that I was in the wrong place for the relay, apparently the relay is way up under the dash on the driver side, close to where I initially plugged it in but on the other side of the relay box, initial feeling around didn't give me anything that seemed like a relay slot. Will keep trying...

If any one out there has the CT200H service manual, please, pretty please share any images or diagrams you have of the relay box that is underneath the dash above the main fuse box inside.

I can't get the service manual download to work and a diagram or picture would be all I need....
