Headlight is fallin apart.. Help

Can anyone help with this? I don't know what cause this to my car... Bad assembly quality...I assume? Any ideas to fix it? (It doesn't seem broken)

looks like bad assembly quality to me.
the area is sealed to prevent condensation.
but since it's the ring around the headlight, I'm guessing the hot/cold cycle made it loose.

It should be covered under warranty if your are still under 40K.

It might be a safety issue. Be nice, be insistent and Lexus has been known to extend warranties when they feel like it.
