Does anyone know how to adjust the handsfree volume to adjust it higher to hear the initial cell phone commands, like pushing the pre-set dial buttons, or for just listening to the computerized instructions. I know how to change the volume once I've made a call from the steering wheel controls. The steering wheel controls do not seem to work until a call is placed. Am I just missing something or do I need to see my dealer? THanks

I'm guessing you have Non-Nav version? The voice command Volume needs to be adjusted with the Radio Controls. The manual makes it out like it can be done using YOUR voice, but it doesn't work. I can find the specifics how to do it, but if you give it a try using only the radio control, I think you will manage. I adjusted mine down because the woman's voice seemed too loud while sitting in my driveway, but on the road it needs to be louder. It's not adjusted up with speed which seems like a bit of a flaw. Let me know if you need more specific info. Lexus sales people should point this out to each Non-Nav buyer.. I wasted a lot of time figuring it out too...

Thanks for that Roger, when I asked the dealer, they told me it couldn't be done w/ the non-NAV....
