I just got the VIN of my CT. The dealer said my CT is still in Japan now. Does anyone know how long does it take to get the car from the current stage?

Here is how mine is going...

This is my timeline:

They got the VIN on July 18
It is suppose to arrive at LA port on July 28
It is supposed to be delivered to dealer August 10-15.

So about 3 weeks after VIN is assigned!

I saw the timeline for my car.

July 7th - Came off the assembly line
July 20th - Arrived in Vancouver
August 11th - Estimated customer delivery date

I have no idea how the car got across the Pacific so quickly.

oOOoo. Maybe it got here quickly because it was one of the last cars to be loaded on the ship. They won't ship until the container is full.
