I put a deposit of C$ 3000.00 on a premium + Nav CT200h 2 weeks ago. The dealer said that I will get the car mid October. If they can NOT deliver on time and tell me to wait another few weeks/month. Will they give me my deposit back ? On the contract there is no mention of the delivery date.

For sure they will be giving you back the deposit if they can't make the delivery to you.
But they will have your money until then.

The problem is that on the contract it reads " All sales final. Please review the entire Agreement, including all attached statements, before signing. This Agreement is final and binding once you have signed it unless the motor vehicle dealer has failed to comply with certain legal obligations."
I am not a lawyer so it is very difficult to interpret the meaning of this text.

I didnt look into the contract but I asked the same question before I signed. and that's what the salesperson from Lexus of Richmond Hill told me. I guess the best way is to ask your dealer
