hello just a question to help me out. Are these oem wheels powered coated black or always black? Original black caps? Do the center caps measure slightly less than 2 1/4 inches? Reason I ask is I got mine oem 17 powder coated black and have trouble getting black center caps - last black center caps I ordered where wrong size. Can you please post a pic or tell me the part number of the black caps?
