We just picked up our new CT last week. It came from out of state with a front license plate bracket installed. I ordered some bumper plugs but when I removed the bracket found that they won't work because the person that drilled it made a mess. The holes are pulled out so the plugs won't fit flush. There are also two places with a small damaged spots between the holes.

I'm thinking the best option is to try to find a lower profile plate bracket and narrow plate (like the Euro plate size) with the Lexus logo or something similar. That would be better than the big bracket. Does anybody know of a smaller bracket that will fit?

I had the same problem. I got a really nice one. I'll take a picture tomorrow when it's light out and post.

I was gonna do the plugs, but I felt it looked awful.

Since my CT is obsidian I had the luxury of getting a black plate, and I honestly love the way it turned out. I'll post a link of the one I got when I post the picture tomorrow.

It's hard to see your plate but it looks like the one I ended up ordering yesterday. It's a half size plate 12x4 . I'm going to try it with the OEM bracket and see how that looks. Our CT is red so this should look pretty good.

Here it is -
